Are You Qualified?
You should be a native English speaker with either an American or British accent to qualify. Open English hires qualified ESL tutors from around the world. Interested applicants who are not based in the US but are native English speakers can therefore apply. Since you will be handling mostly students from Spain and Latin America, you must have fluency in both written and spoken Spanish or Portuguese. You need to allot at least 15 hours each week to teach English online for Open English students.

Technical Requirements

Open English Pay
As an independent contractor, you will be paid $9 per class. This can increase up to $12 per class to after specified invoice periods.
